Dave Prentis, UNISON General Secretary, made a speech at the Trade Union Congress in London this morning (Wednesday 14th September 2011) putting the Government and 9000 employers on notice http://www.unison.org.uk
This is a call to arms! Stand up for our pension rights – or lose them!
The UNISON Health Executive will meet on Wednesday 21st September 2011 to vote on whether to move to an industrial action ballot.
The UNISON National Ambulance Sector will meet very soon afterwards to agree the role of ambulance members within any industrial action.
These are tough times. We have to stand together and stand firm.
