Margaret Thatcher – My Part In Her Downfall! With Help From Schoolchildren!

Margaret Thatcher’s funeral is taking place on the 17th April 2013. That is also my birthday! What have I done! I do not deserve to have to share this day with such a cruel woman.

Having police and the armed forces protecting your funeral route speaks volumes. She was only a shopkeepers daughter….. who hated and looked down upon the majority of people in our Country.

Oh, and she married into extreme wealth. Shopkeepers daughter when it suited.

I am still alive. Margaret Thatcher isn’t. I posted on Twitter the day she died that I was not so much happy that she was dead, but I was sorry that she ever lived.

I know her family and friends will be upset and I respect them in this time of mourning.

I do not respect Margaret Thatcher.

No amount of Tory establishment (or BBC commemorations) propaganda will change that.

Five photographs from the past. 1989-1990

A mock-up Margaret Thatcher on a Camden Ambulance Station stretcher with staff taking part in a demonstration in the National Ambulance Dispute.

Two letters of support from Hampstead School pupils showing what they thought of Mrs Thatcher (these are sweet and funny!) Where are these people now?

Two photographs of myself speaking at an anti Poll Tax public meeting in Hampstead Town Hall.

I played a part in her downfall! I was not alone!

I will celebrate my birthday and raise a glass to all the families, people, communities and industries that made Britain great. The very things that Margaret Thatcher despised and cold-heartedly destroyed.
